Shipping Policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Typically, we strive to ship orders within 48 business hours. Please
note that during product launches, we may require up to ten
business days for processing due to a surge in orders.
Additionally, custom items require an additional 5 business days for
processing.
Please note that processing time and transit (shipping) time are
distinct. Shipping charges are directly determined by the postal
carrier for transit time, which is the duration it takes for your
package to reach you after the carrier has it. Processing time is
separate.
SHIPPING - GENERAL
Customers are responsible for contacting the postal carrier directly
for detailed tracking information. In the event your package is
marked as delivered but not received, please address this directly
with the postal carrier. Amalai is not responsible for misdelivered packages.
SHIPPING - UNITED STATES
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Shipping
rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and are set by the carrier.
Orders are shipped out daily, Monday-Friday. After placing your
order, please allow up to 48 business hours (2 business days) for
processing before your order is shipped.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONALLY
We currently ship to/from all international countries. International orders
are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday via UPS, and once the
package reaches the destination country, it is handed over to the
main shipping company (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) for
delivery.
Transit times for international shipping can vary widely due to
changing customs procedures. Typically, packages reach Canada
within two weeks and Europe within three to four weeks, but these
times are approximate and may vary.
Any duties and fees upon pickup or delivery of your package are the
responsibility of the customer.
